My Mother doesn't like the thought of a stranger coming into her home.
How do I know that your caregiver is trustworthy and will take proper
care of my family member?
Our agency invests a lot of time and energy in recruiting professional and friendly
caretakers. Previous experience and references are always checked.. Additionally, the
board of nursing conducts criminal background checks on certified aides.
Can I interview your caregiver in-person?
Generally hourly aides are assigned after a telephone interview with the client, or
family member. This process has proven to be mutually agreeable between aide and
client. At customers request, live-in aides can be interviewed prior to start date.
I have long-term care insurance. Will the agency work with my insurance
company to coordinate the paperwork required?
The agency has an established relationship with certain long- term care providers. As
a preferred provider, we will liaison on your behalf and process the necessary
paperwork required to assure payment of your claim. In most cases, we can bill the
insurance company directly.
What if my parent/family member doesn't like the aide you send?
You are never under obligation to retain an aide you do not want. If you don't feel
the caregiver is right for you, for any reason or at any time, we'll replace him/her
until you are satisfied.
Must I sign an extended binding contract?
No. Agreements can be terminated at any time.
